Quality and fresh food! What a fantastic gem at the Granville Island Market. What we got: - Great falafel wrap! Tasty and sizeable falafels with fresh Greek yogurt, fantastic! The beet hummus and arugula add a great freshness to the wrap. And that pita bread, so good! - Grilled calamari is so tender and flavourful, delicious! - kale and mizithra cheese salad is so fresh and wonderful. - spinach pie is so good too! Warm flaky pastry with a flavourful filling. Yum! Worth a visit!!!

Such a gem! This place is an absolute favourite every time I visit Granville Island. I had the chicken souvlaki plate and it was so good, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and so satisfying without being heavy. Everything on the plate tasted homemade and full of flavour, from the tender chicken to the crisp salad and rice. The staff are warm and welcoming, and you can tell they care about quality. Highly recommend stopping by, a feel-good meal in the best kind of way. Just wish they stayed open later!

During our visit to Granville Island Public Market, we decided to have a quick lunch at Sprig. We opted for the Chicken Souvlaki Dish priced at $21, which was meant to be shared. The dish included a choice of chicken or lamb, accompanied by pilaf rice, a Greek salad, vegetables, tzatziki, and pita bread. Unfortunately, the only standout item was the flavourful Greek salad. However, we were disappointed with the lack of taste in the rice, pita bread, and vegetables. The pita bread was hard, the vegetables appeared soggy, and the rice pilaf seemed undercooked. The portion of chicken was small and on the rarer side, with only three cubes per stick. Overall, the serving size was deceivingly small, considering the size of the container. Furthermore, the food lacked the authentic Greek grill and flavour profiles we were expecting. Our previous experience with their wraps was also similar, lacking in distinct flavours. Another letdown was the portion of tzatziki provided, with the option to purchase extra for an additional charge of $1+. It simply wasn't enough to enhance the meal. In fairness, it is worth mentioning that most eateries at the Public Market in Granville Island tend to be overpriced.

I swung by on a whim/craving for lunch. Initially hesitant due to the reviews from others, but this totally redeemed itself and was a fairly solid knockout. I would certainly return, pretty yummy and a much better fresh and vibrant experience than I anticipated. I would complain that it was lacking a severe amount of falafel than I expected, although cheap and cheerful and most likely the cheapest/best value for money grub when hunting for a lunch haul in Granville Island.

Great food, really well served for one person. I asked for the lamb dish and got a very big serving, just wished it had a bit more meat so it'd be perfect to share and that the rice was a bit warmer. The salad with feta, Potatoes, sauce, bread and lamb tasted really good. It took roughly 10 minutes to plate this particular dish, but they were upfront abou the wait time.

Greek style fast food. Delicious spinach pies served with a generous amount of tzatziki. Chickpea salad is very creamy and refreshing. A bit pricey, but never disappoints.
